How We Started.... Sub-Ology
At Sub-Ology, we turn our vision into reality every day by providing our customers with the highest quality deli meats and sandwiches in Cranford, New Jersey. Founded in 2013, our upscale neighborhood deli and sandwich shop is located in the heart of downtown Cranford’s bustling shopping district.
We’re proud to offer Boars Head premium meats and cheeses, locally baked bread, and fresh salads made with locally sourced ingredients. Our commitment to freshness means that our homemade roast beef and turkey are cooked daily on premises, and we slice all meats fresh to order to ensure the highest quality.
But we don’t stop there – we also offer gluten-free sub rolls, cookies, and snacks so that everyone can enjoy a healthy and delicious lunch at Sub-Ology.
